Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:

GymStore offers a full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on products that are completely defective or not delivered as described. We stand behind your products and realize that in an imperfect world of equipment, GymStore will stand behind everything we sell to deliver the most high quality service and quality experience.



All invoiced sales are considered custom and made to order as per customers' and manufacturers' specifications.  Such orders are non-refundable and may not be cancelled for reasons due to parts backorders, lead time issues, or personal discrepancies not know about before commencent of order work.  If for any reason the equipment is returned to GymStore or order is cancelled during production process, Customer agrees to pay GymStore (a) a restocking fee of 15% of the sales price of the specific item, and (b) all shipping charges, including return shipping costs (if item has left the GymStore warehouse).

Your return will be rejected if returned without prior written notification via email or standard mail including authorization by a GymStore employee. To obtain authorization, please contact us at +27 84 860 3001

GymStore reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned with unauthorized damage or incomplete.

If your order is refused or undeliverable for any reason other than damages (which can be fixed and resolved upon immediate notification to GymStore), the cost of shipping both will be the customers responsibility as well as a 15% restocking fee.

If your item(s) arrives via common carrier truck, please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted for transportation by the carrier. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it. For items shipped already assembled, open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do no discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Failure to follow these steps will void this return policy.

If the damage is MINOR (e.g, cracked or dented covers, scratched paint, missing end caps, broken console, etc.) please make note on the delivery note and ACCEPT shipment. Once signed for, please contact your GymStore representative so that we can replace or repair any parts issues and be reimbursed by the shipping carrier as per your delivery notes.

If the damage is MAJOR (e.g, cracked frame, bent steel, or other extreme cases that would render a product unusable), you have the RIGHT TO REFUSE delivery. Make sure to note all the outstanding issues on the carriers delivery note, and call us immediately, so that a we can guide you through process of receiving a replacement unit / store credit.

If merchandise you receive does not match what you have ordered, you must notify us within 7 days via phone,  or by e-mailing Failure to do so may void this return policy. Please note that some orders will arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses.

Items that are Not Returnable does not accept returns of the following items unless defective from manufacturer:

  • Gloves, belts, dumbbells and plates
  • Any DVD, VHS tape, or software that has been opened (taken out of it's plastic wrap)
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use.
  • Commercial products with obvious signs of use.
  • Special order or custom items.
  • Gift certificates.
  • Products purchases more than 31 days after initial delivery date.
